Lynne Taylor

Co-Founder & CEO

Lynne founded ParentPay in 2002 and helped it grow into the UK’s largest online payment system in schools. She retired from ParentPay in 2013 but continued to be very active as an education consultant for organisations such as Capita SIMS.

Lawrence Royston

Co-Founder

Lawrence co-founded Groupcall with Sir Bob Geldof, and is still the company’s Managing Director today. Groupcall has been pioneering data management and parental communication since conception and leads with tried, tested and trusted communication, data and identity management solutions to organisations within the education, business and public sectors.

Alexander Banthien

Director

Alexander graduated at Free University Berlin in Mathematics and began his career in information security in Berlin. Alexander joined ParentPay soon after its formation and held various leading roles ranging from development and operations to information security and is experienced in various compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS and data protection.

Andrew Neubauer

Non-Executive Director

Andrew Neubauer is an entrepreneur and business angel specialising in high growth start-ups requiring minimal capital.  Current business interests include: ParentPay, the UK’s leading supplier of school payment and communications systems; Pilbrow & Partners, an architectural practice specializing in tall buildings; Arborel, a solid wood furniture business supplying retailers such as Heals and Conran; Nimbl, a youth banking platform; Just Education, a recruitment agent; and, several businesses involved in staging and promoting the arts.

Tony Sheppard

Operations Manager

Tony is an award-winning Education Technologist with breadth and depth of experience. His roles have included Director of IT/Asst Head at a large school; Harnessing Technology Manager for a large LA, edtech services for 340+ schools; a project manager for a global VLE provider, where he implemented ISO27001:2013; Technology Manager for a start-up MDM provider. Tony sat on various BECTA Working Groups and is a very vocal member and advocate of the online EdTech community EduGeek.net.

Kerrie Bell

Business Development Manager (North)

Kerrie is a sales and marketing professional serving her apprenticeship in Media. More recently she worked for our partner ParentPay as Business and Team Development Manager. Kerrie co-ordinates all of our sales and promotional activity in the North of England and would be happy to arrange a demo of GDPRiS.

Melanie Hurley

Marketing Manager

Melanie is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional and Prince2 registered practitioner with more than 18 years experience in the education market.

Business Development Manager (South)

Karen has worked in and with schools for more than 10 years. More recently Karen worked for our ParentPay in business development and account management. Karen’s skills and experience in helping schools find the right solution and ensuring they fully understand how to use it is second to none. Implementation & Support Co-ordinator

Kathryn is highly experienced in supporting the implementation of software and delivering training to schools ensuring they get the maximum return on investment.

Sian Burns

GDPR Compliance and Regulations

Sian is a first-class honours law graduate who has joined the GDPRiS compliance and regulation team for one year only. She works for us part time while she is studying for a LPC qualification to become a solicitor. She has already successfully completed a year’s work at one of the UKs top law firms as a paralegal and will return to this organisation as a trainee solicitor in September 2018.

Craig is a highly experienced support analyst with over ten years of experience in Change & Release Management. Craig has worked in both the public and private sectors delivering high quality service to the customer base. Craig forms part of our support team and will be on hand to assist you with any queries you may have.
